• Once the buyer transfers the advance amount, the order is confirmed and cannot be canceled.

• If the buyer fails to complete full payment, the advance amount will be forfeited as compensation for costs incurred.

• Due to the nature of international shipping, all sales are final, and refunds will not be provided.

• Refunds are only applicable if we fail to ship the goods due to an issue from our side.

• Buyers are encouraged to verify specifications and samples before placing an order.

• All products are thoroughly inspected before shipment to ensure quality compliance.

• Once the shipment leaves India, the risk of damage or loss is transferred to the buyer.
