Return and Refund Policy

MIKHAYEL ENTERPRISES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED operates as an international exporter of agricultural, herbal, and Ayurvedic products. Due to the nature of our products and international logistics, we maintain the following strict Return and Refund Policy.

1. Returns

We do not accept returns on any goods once they have been dispatched from our facility.
Due to the perishable nature and regulatory controls of many of our products (such as spices, tea, and Ayurvedic supplements), we cannot process returned items.

2. Non-Returnable Products

All products including but not limited to spices, herbal blends, teas, Ayurvedic medicines, and single herb capsules are non-returnable.
Custom-packed or private-labeled goods are also not eligible for return.

3. Refunds

Refunds are only considered under the following strict conditions:

If an order has not been processed or shipped, and the buyer notifies us in writing to cancel before processing of the order..
If a product is proven to be damaged or defective upon arrival (clear photo or video evidence required within 48 hours of delivery).
If we are unable to fulfill the order due to circumstances on our side (e.g., stock issues or logistics failures).

Important: No refund will be provided once the goods are handed over to the shipping carrier.

4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Refunds for international transactions may take longer depending on banking channels and currency clearance processes.
